Online Reservation Confirmation

Once you agree to the user terms at the bottom of the screen and click book now on the next screen, your online reservation will be confirmed with an email shortly after. If you don't receive an email after booking your appointment, please reach out to us at 217-483-6353 to verify your booking with us.

Credit Card Details

During the booking process, you will need to provide your credit card information, and a $1 charge will be made to confirm your reservation. This step is to verify your identity and prevent fraudulent activity. The $1 fee will be reimbursed when you receive the service. For further information about your credit card information, kindly review our cancellation policy.

Starting Prices

We don't always know your expectations when booking online. Please note: That the initial prices listed for our services online may vary due to additional techniques, toners, treatments to achieve your goals, choice of stylist, or changes in service. All listed prices are starting rates.

Cancellation Policy

No-shows and unexpected cancelations can cost us precious time and resources. We respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance by text message/email because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you, a Cancellation fee will apply to your credit card on file if one of the following happens.

- Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge of $25 service at your next appointment for each service canceled.

- 'No Shows' will be charged 100% of the booked service amount.

Refund Policy

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let your provider know within 7 days of your visit, and we'd be happy to fix the issue at no extra charge. We do not offer refunds on services.
