Terms and Conditions

You agree to the $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation. This amount will be taken off your service total at time of payment. We are able to reschedule you once, with atleast a 24 hour notice. In this case, your depost will hold your re-scheduled appointment. 

 

POSH SALON & BOUTIQUE CANCELATION POLICY 

Please understand that when you forget, or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice - we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed 48 and 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a late cancelation fee will apply. 

All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and ensure we are in the position to provide the best quality service in a timely manner. 

-Less than a 24 hour cancelation/reschedule will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

-"NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. If there is a second occurrence we will no longer be able to see you as a client. 

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancelation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you are unsure.
