Your appointments and convenience are of tremendous importance to us.  We realize that at times circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respecfully request that you provide at least 24 hours notice.

Our Policy:

A cancellation or request to reschedule made the day of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be $100.00.

A missed appointment or "no show" will be charged $100.00 and it's nonrefundable and non-transferrable.  

A credit card is required to make an online appointment. Cancellation and "no show" fees will be charged to the card you provide.
