Online Booking Guide

When booking an appointment online you are only guaranteed to receive the services you reserve. If you are requesting additonal services in the notes we will try our best to accomodate your request but cannot promise the service provider will have the allotted time. 

Cancellation Policy

To best serve our clients and our staff, we require 24-hours notice by phone to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prevent other clients from being able to fill those openings. 

We understand life happens... First time cancellations will be on us! Second time cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total service booked. Third time cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service total and will be required to provide a non refundable deposit for any future bookings. 
To secure your reservation, and to ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. We accpet Visa (Credit/Debit) Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.
