New Clients:

Please allow a little extra time on your first visit to Society. We like to spend a few extra minutes to get to know you a little better, and we would love to have a chance to show you around and make sure you feel comfortable.

 

Minors:

We do not offer services for anyone under the age of 12.

For any client between the age of 12-17, an adult parent or guardian must be present and consent to services, either in person or virtually.

For the continued safety of our staff and clients, we kindly ask that minors are left at home for any appointments unless they are receiving a service. 

 

Additional Guests:

Due to a limited amount of seating in our lobby we do not allow extra guests to accompany you unless they are receiving a service. The seats we have are reserved for clients with scheduled appointments. For your convenience we are located next door to a coffee shop, where your guest is more than welcome to wait while you are being pampered. 


Late Arrivals:

We value your time and will make every effort to start your service on time. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable, however, due to scheduling commitments to other clients we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. We will do our best to accommodate your service, however, it may be necessary to modify the service. 

 

Cancellations:

We value your business and ask that you respect our business and scheduling policies.

Please contact our Front Desk Team to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hour notice. Any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours will result in paying a 50% deposit to make a future appointment.

Cancelled or rescheduled appointments less than 24 hours will result in paying 75% deposit to make a future appointment.

Any future cancellations or no shows can result in forfeiting your deposit. No shows will not be allowed to book any future appointments.

 

Redos:

We take pride in, stand by and guarantee our work at Society, a Salon.  If you are unsatisfied, we would like to consult and communicate with you and your service provider and together come up with a solution. Client redo’s will only be honored if Society is contacted within 7 days of the original service. If the redo appointment needs to be reschedule, you may need to pay for any services render.
