We require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation of any appointment.
Canceling less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge on your card equal to 50% of your reserved services.
No-call-no-show appointments will result in a charge on your card equal to 100% of your reserved services.
As a courtesy, we text, email and if needed, call to confirm your appointment three days in advance. Without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waitlist miss out on a service. We thank you for your understanding and your continued business with us.
If you have never been in before, please be sure to add "New Guest Consultation" to your appointment. This will allow enough time for you to fill out your paperwork, so you can expierence the full time of your scheduled appointment.
