We value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all our guests:

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% service fee.

At Sculpt Studio of Hair, we take great pride in the quality of our work and strive to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and cared for.

Because of the time, products, and personalized care that go into every appointment, we do not offer refunds on services.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not fully happy with the result:

• Please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment.

• We will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment with the same stylist, based on your original consultation and service.

• Adjustments must be scheduled within 14 days of the original appointment date.

• Unopened and unused retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

• Products must be in original packaging and accompanied by the receipt.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or damaged products

• Brushes, combs, and hair tools (for hygiene reasons)

• Clearance or final sale items

💳 Refund Method

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or offered as store credit, depending on your preference.
