Because of the time, products, and personalized care that go into every appointment, we do not offer refunds on services.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
If you are not fully happy with the result:

Please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment.

We will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment with the same stylist, based on your original consultation and service.

Adjustments must be scheduled within 14 days of the original appointment date.
