CANCELLATION/CREDIT CARD POLICY: 

A no show, late cancellation or late arrival can negatively affect our ability to fill the time slot on short notice, resulting in loss income to our stylists. We understand “life happens” and sometimes last-minute cancellations are unavoidable, and we will always take that into consideration. We will always do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency.

 

REQUIRED 24 HR CANCELLATION POLICY 

We respectfully request that appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please do so by calling the salon directly or leaving us a message. Changes made less than 24 hrs may be subject to 50% of the scheduled appointment.

 

No-call/ no-show Missed appointments (no-show) will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service.

 

Please be reassured we follow PCI banking regulations and maintain procedures to keep your information encrypted and safe.

 

Agreement:

By booking your appointment with Bambou Salons, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Cancellation & No-Show Policy and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above and have agreed to have your credit card placed on file.
