Our Cancellation Policy:
Kindly read and acknowledge when making your appoinments:
We always recongnize that our clients have busy lives and the unexpected sometimes happens to disrupt your plans making you late, cancel at the last minute or cause you to miss the appointment.
If you are running late. We will do what we can to accommodate you. However, a late arrival of more than 15 minutes may require us to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment.
Last minute cancellations. Cancellations under 24-hours, are subject to 50% of the scheduled sevice amount being charged to the credit card on file.
Missed appointments. If you miss your scheduled appointment without any notice (no show), the full scheduled service amount will be charged to the credit card on file.
Exceptions to this policy. Based soley on the history, loyalty and usual timeliness of our clients, we may allow a one-time discretionary exception.

By booking your appointment with Bambou Salons you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Cancellation & No-Show Policy and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above and have agreed to have your credit card placed on file.
