Booking Terms & Conditions:
Punctuality:
We kindly ask you to be on time for your appointment. We have a 15 minute grace period, but any arrivals after the scheduled time may result in a shortened service, or in some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
If you are running 15 minutes or less late for your appointment, please call the front desk so we can inform your service professional and make any necessary adjustments.
If your arrival is beyond 15 minutes late, you may be subject to forfeit your appointment completely.
Cancellation & "No-Show" Policy:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a "no-show." In this case, your service professional may request a deposit for future appointments to secure your booking.
If this becomes a recurring issue, your service professional reserves the right to refuse future services.
