Booking Terms & Conditions:

  1. Punctuality:

    • We kindly ask you to be on time for your appointment. We have a 15 minute grace period, but any arrivals after the scheduled time may result in a shortened service, or in some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

    • If you are running 15 minutes or less late for your appointment, please call the front desk so we can inform your service professional and make any necessary adjustments.

    • If your arrival is beyond 15 minutes late, you may be subject to forfeit your appointment completely.

  2. Cancellation & "No-Show" Policy:

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a "no-show." In this case, your service professional may request a deposit for future appointments to secure your booking.

    • If this becomes a recurring issue, your service professional reserves the right to refuse future services.

  3. Payment Terms: 

    • Full payment is due at the end of your service.
