Our current formulation and styles are customized for each client's specific hair needs. Due to this, prices may vary. For a more accurate price estimation, feel free to book a consultation with one of our stylists!
Salon Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
- CALL at least 24 hours before your appointment time if you need to cancel or make changes.
- FAILING to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge.
- ANY NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED & AUTHORIZED 100% OF YOUR SERVICES SCHEDULED.
Returns/Refunds
- 212 Salon, Spa & Barbershop follows a “No Refund” Practice. In the unlikely circumstance that the service delivered has not been up to your satisfaction, please send your complaint on info@212salonspabarber.com. For "Returns & Exchanges", we accept damaged, un-opened and unused products for exchange (no refund) with a valid bill within 7 days of the bill date.
Gift Cards/Vouchers
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Payment
- ALL PAYMENTS OF THE FOLLOWING: CASH, CHECK, VISA MASTERCARD & DISCOVER. Booking any services requires a credit card or gift card/voucher to guarantee a reservation so please have your card available when booking your appointment. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show.
