Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Process:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice can be charged a cancellation fee which consists of 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. We recommend including a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Two or more "no call no show" or less than 24 hour notice for cancellation is subject to restricting online bookings or ability to book for any future services here at Posh Salon.

 

Late Appointments:

We recommend including a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If longer than 15 minutes late (with or without a call ahead), appointment/services can be cancelled and/or stylist has the right to refuse services for the booked appointment but can reschedule for another day/time that is suitable for the client and for the stylist as well. Two or more late arrivals for scheduled appointsments are subjected to restricting online bookings or ability to book for any future services here at Posh Salon.

 

Double Booking:

In case there is an issue with any double booked appointments on any stylist here at Posh salon, the last person booked for that time frame will be contacted and asked to reschedule to another day, time, and/or stylist to fit their scheduling needs (example: first come/booked, first serve). Please note we have many long time clients and we appreciate business from each individual.

 

Rescheduling due to Stylist:  

Unfortunately, there are times where a stylist may have to cancel appointments due to emergencies, illness or personal matters, ect. We will reach out with each individual client via phone, text or leave a voicemail to give us a call back and reschedule at a later day, time or with another stylist (if there is one available) as soon as possible. Rescheduled appointments are first come, first serve or first to reschedule will be first booked at the most convient time frame for the client and stylist.

 

 Scheduling Appointments:  

The preferred method of scheduling appointments are the following: call the salon at 270-393-0294, book online at https://www.poshsalonbgky.com/ , send us a message on Tiktok, Facebook, or Instagram (poshsalonbg) or booking on google after searched for "Posh Salon BGKY". Our stylists are always with clients and in the middle of appointments and do not always have time to be on the phone. We do have a receptionist that will book any services you are needing for any preferred stylist requested so our stylist can focus on clients with already scheduled/existing appointments. If there are no openings available for requested services, stylists or day/time wanted, we will get you scheduled for the next suitable day and time or we can book you with another stylist that fits the needs for the original day, time and services requested (if one is available).
