• You will receive an appointment reminder via text, email, and/or telephone prior to your scheduled service.
• Appointments must be confirmed via text, email, or telephone at least 24 hours in advance to maintain the scheduled appointment. If you need to rescehdule an online booking please call us at (904) 900-5772 at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit. No show appointments will forfeit any deposit made at time of booking.
• A deposit of 50% of the total service is due upon online booking. This will be deducted from the total at the time of service. The system will display the total deposit due after entering the payment method. You can review this total before finalizing the appointment.
• The pricing listed online may change during the consultation prior to any service. The length and thickness of the hair and the amount of product necessary or any additional services will be taken into consideration. The stliyst will review this with you prior to beginning the service.
