CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointments are very important to us, and time is reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule changes happen, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or modifications.

Late Cancellations:

If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% deposit of your total service cost will be required to book your next appointment.This 50% booking deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied toward the cost of your service when you attend your scheduled appointment. If you miss or cancel your rescheduled appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited to compensate for our service providers' reserved time.
