Online Booking Policy:
To finalize your appointment we will need a card on file. Your card will not be charged, but it is required to reserve this appointment. We will only charge your card if you cancel or make changes to your appointment outside of cancellation policy, which is listed below:
- We respectfully REQUIRE 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment so your card won't be charged.
- Any notice after 24 hours will be charged 50% of the cost of the service.
Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments at Yve's Hair Studio.
LATENESS:
Here at Yve's Hair Studio, we have a 10 minute lateness policy. If you're running late, please call to let us know. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment and you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
NO CALL/NO SHOW:
If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date/time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the rescheduled service.
