📝 Booking Details & Policies

• Special Requests: Use the "Notes" section on the next page for any specific requests or details.

• Pricing: Online prices are starting rates. Final costs may vary based on your choice of stylist, specific techniques, toners, or additional treatments.

• Secure Booking: A $1 temporary verification charge will be applied to your card to prevent fraudulent bookings. This will be fully reimbursed at the time of your service.

🕒 Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for all cancellations.

• Late Cancellations: A $25 fee may apply.

• No-Shows: A fee of 100% of the service cost

  Both may be applied if a pattern of missed appointments develops.

🛡️ Safety & Minors

• Hair Services: Children under 14 must be supervised at all times.

• Massages: Clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

✨ Our Satisfaction Guarantee

• Service Adjustments: While we do not offer refunds, we want you to love your hair! We are happy to provide complimentary adjustments within 7 days of your visit.

• Retail Exchanges: Unused products can be exchanged for full credit within 14 days.
