You're just one step away from confirming your reservation. After agreeing to the user terms below and clicking "Book Now" on the next screen, your online reservation will be confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at 217-483-6353 to verify your booking.

Credit Card Details

During the booking process, you will need to provide your credit card information. A $1 charge will be made to verify your identity and prevent fraudulent activity. This amount will be reimbursed when you receive the service. For more details about how your credit card information is handled, please review our cancellation policy.

Starting Prices

The prices listed for our services online are starting rates. They may vary based on additional techniques, toners, treatments, the choice of stylist, or changes in service to meet your expectations.

Minors

To ensure that you can observe and understand the entire process of the service being provided, our salon has a new policy: minors under 14 years old must not be left alone during any hair service and under 18 for massages. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and transparent environment for all our clients.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid charges. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text message/email. A cancellation fee will apply if:

  • Less than 24-hour notice results in a $25 fee for each service canceled.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service amount.

Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a retail purchase, exchanges are accepted at full credit within 30 days. If you encounter issues with your cut or color, inform your provider within 7 days, and we will address it at no extra charge. Please note, that we do not offer refunds on services.
