Cancellation Policy We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules. Cancellations or no-shows made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit or a charge of 50% of all scheduled services. A deposit may also be required to secure any future appointments. We understand that emergencies happen and will take your circumstances and cancellation history into consideration when possible, however, please be aware that your service provider is commission-based, and last-minute cancellations result in lost income that cannot be recovered.

Late Policy Please be aware that arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you, but depending on availability, you may be asked to reschedule for another time or day. Please call us if you're running late so we can plan accordingly.

Please Note: We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. If you have concerns about your service or are unsatisfied with your results, you must contact the salon directly as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from your original service date to be eligible for a complimentary revisit. Re-do services will not be honored after this window has passed. By completing your booking online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies stated above, including our no-refund policy, cancellation policy, late policy, and deposit terms. Online booking constitutes your electronic authorization and consent to these terms.
