NEW GUESTS
Thank you for reserving your appointment. If you haven't been to our salon before and requested a color service please fill out NEW GUEST FORM on our website. If we have not received your form our Guest Service Advisor will contact you within 48 hours to gather information and make sure the appointment is scheduled correctly.
AMARE GUESTS
Thank you for reserving your appointment online. Our Guest Service Advisor may contact you to make sure your appointment is scheduled correctly and efficient timing is scheduled for your service.
If you need to change your appointment or cancel, please contact us via text, email or call within 48 hours to avoid cancelation fees.
Any cancellations given within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time, may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service price.. Guests who arrive 15 minutes or later to their scheduled appointment time may be subject to forfeit their appointment and/or service(s) scheduled. This is done in an effort to be able to respect and serve all of our guests and their scheduled times.
In consideration of our other guests and your service provider we ask that if you need to cancel an appointment, please allow as much notice as possible.We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we look forward to giving you a unique one-on-one experience with us here at Amaré.
