BOSS HAIR GROUP adheres to a strict 24 hour cancellation policy in order to reduce the amount of no-shows and last minute cancellations. Please understand that we are holding a reserved time for you, and that if you cancel last minute we are unable to fill that slot to serve someone else. Out of respect for our stylists/colorists time, if you are canceling or rescheduling your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service price with your credit card on file. Any client who fails to show for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service price.
