Our stylists work on a multi-level pricing system that is reflective of their current education, training, experience, and demand for their services. Please hover over "About Us" then click on "Our Staff" on our main website to learn more about our multi-level pricing system.

 

ALL prices are STARTING prices only and price will increase depending on the length, thickness, and texture of hair or complexity of service. Prices do not include taxes or product charges. Consultations are required before all pastel, bright, or vivid colour tones (includes fashion grey) to ensure proper time and product is available for desired results. Colour pricing quotes can only be made through a free, complimentary consultation. 

 

If you are unable to find the time or appointment that you are looking for, please call us at 306-757-7025 as we can often fit you into a space or make an adjustment that will not be shown online.    

 

"Balayage/Ombre/Creative Colour/Specialty Blonding Services" or "Colour Correction" appointments require a minimum of 3 hours for booking. We highly recommend a consultation before booking one of these services to ensure that the proper products are available and the appropriate time is booked. Consultations are always complimentary and can be booked online. We also highly encourage consultations before big changes are made. These appointments also require that a credit card is kept (securely) on file OR require a $50 deposit to secure your booking. You will receive a phone call from our Front Desk Team after booking to secure your appointment.

 

You will receive a text message or email confirmation 48 hours in advance of your booking. Make sure to provide your cell phone number or email address to take advantage of this. Please be sure to reply 'YES' to your notification to confirm your appointment. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Your time and scheduled appointment is very important to us here at The Room and your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life gets busy and scheduling conflicts may arise and adjustments to your originally booked appointment may need to be made. However, our salon reserves valuable time and resources to accommodate each of our guest's appointments. Therefore, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. 

If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. This fee will be equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. It will be charged to your credit card on file (as per our Credit Card Policy) or we may require pre-payment of this fee prior to future appointments.  

The Room Hair Design requires that a credit card be left on file with many booked appointment. Credit cards will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment. Credit cards are stored safely and securely by password protected and encrypted software.  If this is your first time booking with us, please expect a phone call from our Front Desk Team to obtain this information.
